Tools for service managers
Your DHB has recently received a letter from the Chair of the Health Quality and Safety Commission and the Chair of the Child and Youth Mortality Review Committee, requesting that DHBs prioritise the prevention of sudden Unexpected Death in Infancy (SUDI).
This page offers tools to support you, as service manager, as well as your Safe Sleep Champion, with this work. Tools have been introduced to your nominated Safe Sleep Champion and are available here. Tools have been developed by Change for our Children as templates. They may be modified and adapted as appropriate to your environment.
